Heat recovery steam generation refers to the technology of converting surplus heat energy generated during the production process into electric energy. Waste heat power generation is not only energy-saving but also conducive to environmental protection. The important equipment for Waste heat power generation is the HRSG.
It uses heat or combustible media inside such working fluids as waste gas and waste liquid as heat sources to produce steam for power generation. As the working media temperature is not high, the boiler is large in volume and consumes much metal. The waste heat used for power generation mainly includes the residual heat of high-temperature flue gas, chemical reaction, waste gas, waste liquid, low-temperature wastes, which are lower than 200℃, etc.
At present, the application fields of waste heat power generation have also been expanded to the steel, cement, glass, non-ferrous, chemical and other industries.
Gas Turbine Waste Heat Boile
The gas turbine waste heat boiler is one of the key main engines for the power generation system of gas-steam combined cycle power stations. It adopts a modular structure, optimized design and reasonable arrangement with high efficiency and energy-saving performances;
It adopts the spiral fin tubes to improve the heat transfer efficiency;
All pipes and headers are made of hydrophobic elbows of dead angle, so that the drainage is convenient and thorough;
It adopts suspension structure or support structure and external protection plate type of internal heat preservation, with free thermal expansion and little heat dissipation;
The pressure drop of working medium in each heating surface is optimally selected, the flow velocity distribution of the working medium is uniform, and the water circulation is safe and reliable.
